Entity, shipping, and liability language filled in — one action item remains (Section 6, tax nexus). Last edited 2026-08-12.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the New Covenant Rigs website and your purchase of any products offered through it, including apparel fulfilled through our print partner and any gaming hardware once it becomes available for order. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
New Covenant Rigs is operated by NewCovenantRigs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, registered at 3906 Mill Creek Dr, Farmersville, TX 75442. You can reach us at hello@newcovenantrigs.com.
Double-check "NewCovenantRigs LLC" against your actual Certificate of Formation from the Texas Secretary of State before publishing — this needs to match your filed legal name exactly, including spacing and punctuation.
Apparel listed on the Shop page is a real, purchasable product fulfilled through our local print partner, Vibrant Wear Co. (Farmersville, TX). Gaming hardware shown elsewhere on this site is in development — nothing in that lineup is available to purchase yet, and joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to sell it to you at the price shown, which is subject to change before launch.
Apparel orders are processed by Square, a third-party payment processor. When you check out, you're providing your payment and shipping information directly to Square, not to us — we never see or store your full card number. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when your payment is successfully charged.
Apparel is produced to order by Vibrant Wear Co. Typical production time is 7–10 business days before an item ships via UPS; standard transit time is added on top of that. Vibrant Wear Co. is the shipper of record. We'll email you if an item is delayed materially beyond that window.
See our Refund & Shipping Policy for the current terms. In short: custom-printed apparel is generally final sale except for defects or a fulfillment error on our end.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. [Confirm Square's tax settings are configured for every state where you have sales tax nexus before taking real orders — this is a compliance step, not a formality.]
Don't use this site to attempt fraudulent purchases, to scrape or resell our content without permission, or to interfere with the site's operation. We can refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive.
Site content, branding, and original designs belong to New Covenant Rigs (or, for apparel designs, to Vibrant Wear Co. and its licensors, as applicable) and may not be reproduced without permission. Scripture quotations are used for editorial and devotional purposes.
This site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available." Beyond any specific manufacturer's warranty stated at the time of sale, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not fully apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your state's law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, NewCovenantRigs LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or a purchase made through it — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if we've been advised they were possible. This limitation doesn't apply to liability that can't legally be limited or excluded in your state (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable).
Sections 9 and 10 use commonly-seen template language for small ecommerce sellers, not custom drafting for your specific situation — have a Texas attorney confirm this actually holds up before you'd need to rely on it in a real dispute, and before submitting these Terms as part of Square's underwriting review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the business grows — for example, once gaming hardware becomes available for direct purchase rather than waitlist signup. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
