Before this goes live: this describes exactly what the site's code actually does as of 2026-08-12 — no boilerplate about trackers or cookie categories the site doesn't use. If you add analytics, ad pixels, or new third-party tools later, this page needs to be updated to match, or it becomes inaccurate. Have this reviewed by an attorney, especially if you plan to ship to California, the EU, or anywhere else with its own data-privacy statute.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by NewCovenantRigs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, registered at 3906 Mill Creek Dr, Farmersville, TX 75442. We're the "data controller" for the information described below — contact us at hello@newcovenantrigs.com for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect, and from whom

We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. [If that changes — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc. — this page and the cookie-consent behavior of the site both need to be updated before those go live.]

3. How we use it

To fulfill and ship apparel orders, including relaying your order and shipping address to our print partner, Vibrant Wear Co.
To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
To notify you when waitlisted gear becomes available to order.
To meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the service providers named in this policy (Square, Netlify, Vibrant Wear Co., and Google Fonts) who need it to do the job above.

4. Payment data specifically

All card payments are handled by Square. Square's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data — see squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy. We only receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details — never your full card number.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for at least 7 years, to meet standard U.S. business tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements. Waitlist and contact-form entries are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the product you're waitlisted for launches and the list is no longer needed.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist or contact-form data at any time by emailing us.
Order records tied to a completed purchase may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
You can manage or delete your own payment info directly with Square.

7. Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this changes — for example, if we add analytics, launch hardware sales directly (rather than through Square's hosted checkout), or bring on a new fulfillment partner.
