Apparel is made to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. After payment, your order is placed with Vibrant Wear Co. (Farmersville, TX), who typically need 7–10 business days to produce it before it ships via UPS. Standard UPS transit adds a few more business days on top of that production window depending on your address — you'll get a tracking number by email once it ships. Rush production is available by contacting Vibrant Wear Co. directly; email us first and we'll confirm whether it's an option for your order.
You'll get a confirmation once your order is placed with us, and we'll follow up if production or shipping is running meaningfully behind the window above.
Because production starts shortly after checkout, we can only cancel and refund an order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing it, before it's gone into production. After that, see the return policy below.
We'll always make it right if we made the mistake — wrong item, wrong size from what you ordered, a print defect, or damage in shipping. Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Because every piece is custom-printed for you specifically, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for correctly-produced items just because of a change of mind, an ordering mistake on the size chosen, or similar buyer's remorse — this is standard for custom/print-to-order apparel, since a printed shirt in your size generally can't be resold. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Square. Per Square's own published timeline, refunds typically take 2–7 business days for Square to process, then another 2–7 business days for your bank to post the funds — up to 14 business days total in some cases. We'll email you as soon as we issue the refund on our end; the remaining wait after that is your bank's processing time, not ours.
Check the size chart on each product before ordering. Because these are made to order, we can't guarantee a same-size exchange won't also require a new production run and the 7–10 business day wait.
