New Covenant Rigs ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, join a waitlist, or send us a message through https://newcovenantrigs.com, and what we do with it.

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by NewCovenantRigs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, registered at 3906 Mill Creek Dr, Farmersville, TX 75442. We are the "data controller" for the information described below — contact us at hello@newcovenantrigs.com with any question or request.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated before those go live.

3. How we use it

• To fulfill and ship apparel orders, including relaying your order and shipping address to our print partner, Vibrant Wear Co.
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To notify you when waitlisted gear becomes available to order.
• To meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named in this policy (Square, Cloudflare, Vibrant Wear Co., and Google Fonts) who need it to do the job above.

4. Payment data specifically

All card payments are handled by Square. Square's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data — see squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy. We only receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details — never your full card number.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for at least 7 years, to meet standard U.S. business tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements. Waitlist and contact-form entries are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the product you're waitlisted for launches and the list is no longer needed.

6. Data protection and Texas privacy compliance

We comply with applicable state laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). We maintain industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7. Your rights and choices

Under Texas law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@newcovenantrigs.com.

• You can ask us to delete your waitlist or contact-form data at any time.
• Order records tied to a completed purchase may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
• You can manage or delete your own payment information directly with Square.

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever this changes — for example, if we add analytics or bring on a new fulfillment partner.
