Welcome to NewCovenant Rigs. By using our applications and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Purchases from the storefront at https://newcovenantrigs.com are governed by its own terms.
By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the State of Texas.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software applications strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
Where applicable, our software integrates with third-party APIs (including Google Workspace). You are responsible for managing your authorization credentials and maintaining the security of your local application setup.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NEWCOVENANT RIGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, NEWCOVENANT RIGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
