JARVIS

The desktop assistant New Covenant Rigs runs its own operations with.

JARVIS is a Windows desktop application built and operated by NewCovenantRigs LLC (Farmersville, Texas) to run the day-to-day work of the business. It is not a product offered to the public and has no sign-up: it runs locally on the owner's workstation, for the owner's own Google account.

What it does

• Mail triage. With the account owner's permission, it reads the connected mailbox and sorts incoming mail into what needs a reply, what is informational, and what looks suspicious.
• Drafting. It writes draft replies for the owner to read and approve. Nothing is sent without an explicit approval from a human.
• Daily brief. It reads the calendar to summarize the day's commitments.
• Sign-off queue. Approvals are surfaced in the desktop app and in a private Discord channel so the owner can respond from a phone.

Google account data it uses

Scope	Why it is needed
gmail.readonly	Read the mailbox in order to triage it
gmail.modify	Apply the triage labels and file mail once handled
gmail.compose	Create draft replies for the owner to approve
gmail.labels	Create and read the labels triage uses
calendar.readonly	Summarize the day in the morning brief
userinfo.email, userinfo.profile	Identify which account is connected

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models. The Privacy Policy sets out how it is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements, and the Terms of Service cover use of the tool.
